Evaluating Your Tpa - Metrics and Value

Enrollment Information:
This enrollment will expire September 30, 2019.
You must complete all course requirements (including claiming CEs) and save/print the completion certificate by September 30, 2019.

Description:
Often a risk manager will inherit a claims program outsourced to a third party administrator (TPA) but not have any idea how to know how to measure their effectiveness. However, the success of the claims program (and the TPA's performance) can have a significant financial impact on the facility.   This session will look at metrics and measures of effectiveness as seen by a risk manager and an actuary.
